    Dang you beefed up brother!
I’m 6”6 and am sitting at 250 and I wear 36” waist pants.
I got down to 242 this spring and have bulked back up to 250 but my waist has actually gotten a tad smaller while I was gaining weight on the scale.
I’m eating about 3000 calories a day with about 260 grams of protein which is tough to do without using the protein shakes to help hit that number.
At that height, your stats are damn good!

Front squats are Romanian deadlifts are wonderful if done with proper form and care. Too many people add on too much weight which leads to severe, unnecessary back pain. I’m pretty sure all doctors recommend to lift with your back and not you legs anyways (jk obviously).

RDLs have done more for my overall legs than CDL
My hamstrings are stronger than ever

My max CDL is about 400 normally but I only load 175-225 on RDLs

Whatever weight you need to get tob60-70% of your 1 RM is good enough to build strength

May aspects to strength development besides lifting incredibly heavy. Most powerlifting training is submaximal
