I'll admit that while a 22lr was the first firearm I can remember shooting as a small child, I developed a general disinterest in them for quite a long time afterwards in favor of more powerful alternatives.

That changed the moment I began chasing decibels, and now love me some 22lr and have found that Ruger makes some mighty nice stuff...
