Just a quick note - I purchased a Kel-Tec P32 from someone here, was in a rush and wasn't able to field strip it when we met. Unbeknownst to the owner there was abnormal wear/damage to the tilting link (think that's what it's called) on the bottom of the barrel which made cycling and stripping difficult.
I was able to get the pistol apart and sent the barrel to Kel-Tec with a note about what appeared to be a material defect, also noting I was not the first owner of the firearm (they state that they charge now if you're not the first owner). Four weeks later I'm in possession of a completely new barrel - it arrived today.
Other than my shipping to Kel-Tec (USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box), I'm out nothing. I did order a few replacement parts (springs, pins) just to freshen her up a bit, but could have used what was in there with no problem.
FANTASTIC service. VERY happy. Now I need to take her out and verify her function.
