Since my mother passed away some years ago, (she was a long time resident of California.) I have no reason whatsoever of ever crossing the California state line anymore.

And that's sad, because California has some beautiful scenery in some parts of it.

I went to my old home town in California a year ago September to move my brother out here, that trip cured me of EVER wanting to go back, only lived there 63 years, so maybe I made a mistake not wanting to go back, NOT, so glad to be out of there. I still have a BIL and SIL there, the BIL will never move, he drank the Kool-aid, the SIL is getting out as soon as she can retire, she already has her Texas homesite.
