Indoor Events?

What do you guys think about having some indoor events during the summer? Stuff like meeting up for a gun show, social gatherings (dinner, drinks, etc.)?

I've tried to orient the meets towards gun activities, but the goal is still the same, I want people to get out and meet each other, and make friends.

Anyone up for this in the Austin, DFW, Houston, San Antonio, etc. areas?
