I hope he gets his butt thrown out. I think there may be a real chance the State could come down hard on his failure to prosecute legitimate cases, while pursuing a vendetta against others when there is no evidence to show wrong doing, not to mention his interception of Affidavits of Arrest before they can be presented to a judge as required by law... With the latest orders to destroy evidence it will only make it all that much sweeter to see his ass thrown out and maybe to jail.
