    Late, by 5 pages, to the party, but I really like the OP's pic. There is something vaguely analogous to putting an LS3 with 4 wheel independent suspension frame in a '67 no-post Nova.

    A guy I know has several sections of land and probably takes more hogs and various species of hybrids than anyone other than a professional guide or game ranch owner that I know, and almost every single firearm he has is 40+ years old and beat up like an old truck gun. He doesn't wear camo when hunting- mostly hunds in crocs and cargo shorts from his electric golf cart- and doesn't baby his firearms. I see the op as being the type of utility/tool he'd use for decades.
