Walked into our Houston office this morning, and one of our managers came up and asked me about a Ruger Super Blackhawk he wanted to sell. He mentioned it was chromed, but had some area starting to pit. I suggested a coupla sites he could list it on (including this one), but he was reluctant to do so. Said he'd be happy to get someone to buy it without the hassle....and "my buddy says it's a 3-screw, whatever that means." I whipped out my wallet, laid money in his hand and said "it means it's MINE!"

Naturally, I have ZERO .44 mags in my collection, which means that ah'll be havin' to set up my 650 for yet ANOTHER round:banghead:! He's gonna send it to me on one of our trucks next week....ah'll post pics when I get it. Then again, who knows - may just use it for trade fodder. The safe door is completely full even w/o my carry and house guns in it, so storin' it's gonna be a PITA. An' afore one of you skunks say it - I'm already in the "negotiatin'" stages with the better half for another Ft. Knox safe. Got one of their 7241 Titans already that I bought 5 years ago - those things have gone WAY up since then!! Anyone know of someone that sells 'em under list?!?? Stopped by the Ft. Knox dealer in Houston this afternoon - sheesh - over SIX k for a new one now!

Keep me posted on what you decide to do with the 3-screw. I know someone with a bit of an affinity for them.

Whew, they are pricey, for that kind of money or less you could build you one as an addition to your house outta cinder block and concrete and have a much bigger area....

Yep - figure that someone had it chromed. No biggie - it's just gonna be a shooter anyways!
