My computer got some mal-ware last night. Had to format the computer. Had most of my documents backed up.
I thought that since I had most of my non-backed up music on iTunes, that I could just re-download it. I read the fine print today.
You can't.
I was ticked.
I did call apple, who said I should email iTunes (can't call them and they are separate) and they SHOULD let me download it again on a one-time-only basis.
I emailed them with ALL of the order numbers that you have to type in manually (cause being able to copy and paste would be too easy).
I hope that I'll get the music that I paid for back.
