I used to get my vehicle batteries from the Kankakee Bain's F & F. That family runs their store more like Texas-style than Corp. Inc. They were genuinely friendly, wish Merry Christmas, very helpful- not hiding in the back "Bull Pen", like Home Depot.

I'd imagine that is the reason they are under scrutiny. They would sell loss-leader firearms below most distributors cost, at times.
