Try getting a probate out of Denton County. You have to pass the TSA type goons at the door (those asses you mentioned), then you go upstairs to a whole new set of goons who you have to speak to through a glass window, who treat you like a criminal and who never get in a hurry about anything.

Any time my research takes me to Denton I get sick to my stomach thinking about how much it's going to suck.

Haven't had that experience. I have had to turn my pockets inside out and talk veerryyy ssllloowwwlllyyy lol

Absolutely. But the responsibility should be shared a little.

True, but you know you don't have to go but only once every 4 years (well 2 years state, 2 years federal that is). You can send it in saying you just served and they'll drop it off until next time.

Been called dozens of times and served on two ... Sexual assault of a minor and a civil case.

neither was a pleasant experience but I did it.

i drive past the place where the SA occurred routinely and wonder how the victim is doing 15 years later.
