Guy had a trim pro 2 (motorized) for sale on a reloading board and my girl got it for me as an early Christmas present(well late since I won't see it till January).

If by chance I get screwed over as it seems to go lately is rcbs customer service really all it's cracked up to be?

The one time I called the guy wasn't very friendly and pretty much told me good luck.

Also how do you like your trim pros?

I had one years ago and it is a good machine. Slow but it works. The triway cutting head really helps.

I haven't dealt with RCBS but I hear good things.

I have contacted three other manufacturers about missing parts on gun stuff and all sent me replacements for free. I told all three I bought the guns used and would pay for parts but they wouldn't have it. They were minor parts but still I was very pleased.

I expect RCBS to be no different.

I just sold a Trim Pro on Evilbay. RCBS has the best customer service in the industry, in my experience. For trimming, I've stuck with Lee's system. I chuck the cutter in my drill press, haven't found anything that works as fast.
