Howdy, lived in Texas all my life, Houston early, and DFW, for the last 43 years, Hunting and shooting are my passion, started pistol competition in 1982, Ipsc, and then moved on to all the sports, bullseye, ppc, Nra hunters pistol silhouette, Nra action shooting, Nra U.S. service rifle, ( I prefer the M1a, but have gone to the mouse gun ) , steel plates with pistol, ( revolvers usually ) ICORE, international confederation of revolver enthusiasts, .22rf tactical rimfire ( local club match ) and any thing else someone can talk me into. I am also a certified chief range officer from the National range officers institute.
I like precision rifles and pistols, but enjoy stretching less than precision firearms out to see what they are capable of. So far I've been impressed with most firearms made in the last 60 years.
I am an accomplished home gunsmith, specializing in S&W revolvers, and 1911's, with normal rifle trigger and bedwork, and I am not looking for new clients, but am willing to give advice to forum members. I'm a long time reloader as well.
