Just two comments.

1. The problem arose when they switched from paper record keeping to computerized system... and then destroyed all 'proof' that the plot was hers. Feckless turds.
2. If it were me, I'd accept their last offer, of squeezing her coffin in next to her husbands; because being next to him is what matters - not some broken promise. But that's just me.
