How is the city of San Antonio legally banning a person with a CHL to enter the NYE celebration area at Hemisphere Park, aren't the streets and the park owned by the city?

Where did you hear the city was enforcing 30.06/30.07 at Hemisfair Park?

The only place that I know is prohibited there is the Institute of Texas Cultures, as it is a UTSA facility...

Can't find anything on it, but I am home snug as a bug in my nice, warm house.

I would guess the simple display of a LTC/CHL would be the first place to start. It is public property, the City of San Antonio owns approximately 50 acres of the site...

I'm not going either, just wondering how they get away with it, it wasn't just the park, it was the whole 300 year celebration area including the streets.
