I went to an ATF seminar at the TSRA annual meeting and they stated that fully 33% of all FFL burglaries/robberies in the US are committed in the Houston region. That is the Houston office's number one focus.

I consider this Houston situation a ripe opportunity for Law Enforcement to make a difference. There is very probably a large Gun Theft Ring working the region.
