RFK & Tulsi Gabbard could take over the Libertarian Ticket and thus not need to go through building ballot access independently. At the national level I believe the Libertarian Party (LP-national) lost all credibility in 2016 when their party position became "Go vote for Hillary to stop the Trump Train." It saddened me to listen to Johnson & Weld destroy LP like that. Kennedy and Gabbard could give LP new relevance with a promise of more.

I would be very hesitant to vote that ticket as I do not trust them on The Second Amendment.

After pretty much failing as a Dem, she has been sliding right as the political current seems to drift that way. Not stirring up waves of trust with me. Kennedy? No way.

If I were voting in a dem primary sure, but would they get my vote in the general? Heeelll nooo. Kennedy is shit on guns, he's too soft headed on welfare policies, the only thing I really dig about him is his hatred for the Big Pharma crowd.

IF he got elected, I fully expect him to get the treatment his dad and uncle got.

They are both better candidates - and better people - than the Democrats have offered up in decades. However, I can't get past their anti-2A beliefs.
As I posted earlier, TG has done a complete 180 on 2A.

If you voted for DJT the first time, you voted for a NY democrat turned populist and if you voted for him in 2020, well, you know the whole “take the guns first/due process later thing.

Personally I could never vote for a RFK ticket in any flavor, but could possibly be convinced to vote for a ticket with TG on it depending on who she was running with. Say a Ramaswamy/Gabbard ticket I could probably vote for and feel clean afterwards.

Don’t forget, if you voted for Reagan, he started out as a democrat as well and is responsible for the birth of gun control in California and lobbied republicans in congress to pass the 1994 AWB and before that, the Hugh’s Act.

Bush Sr gave us a permanent AWB.

GWB stated for the record that he would sign a renewal of the 1994 AWB if it got to his desk.

I could go on, but you know, the thing.
