Those things are crazy.. I have one that hasn't gotten much use, though I need to get back at it.. It's a helluva workout
Awesome,kbells will definitely kick your butt if you have the mind to do it. What weight are you starting with?
Lots of other exercises to do with kettle bells. Snatch and clean, chopping wood, figure 8, and my favorite the Turkish stand up.
Man, I though this was a type of target.......disappointed!
