Picked up a kettle bell this afternoon. Going to start a kettle bell swing routine.

So far, this little chunk of slag is kicking my ass. :)

Swung that heavy ass bell for 60 seconds this afternoon, thought my heart was going to 'splode!

On the plus side, my core is feeling much firmer and my back is not hurting as much as it normally does from slouching over my computer all day.

Oh yeah. You spend 10 mins with it and you're whole workout is done. Almost like cheating.

Check out sandbells, we use them with our workout.. Local Austin company.. Hyperwear....google it.. I buy mine without sand, and fill them myself.. Much cheaper that way..

Lots of other exercises to do with kettle bells. Snatch and clean, chopping wood, figure 8, and my favorite the Turkish stand up.
