Since he shot the guy several times, according to that report, I figure his aim was pretty good, that is if he actually aimed. Maybe the guy was so close that aiming was not wise and point shooting was practical. Whatever - the shooter did well & did good.

The shooter potentially may have saved lives by putting the dirtbag out of commission and into the hospital; who knows into whom the bad guy may have crashed and thus whom he may have hurt or killed had he been able to steal the shooter's car and then lost control again.
