Laserlyte RL-1 for Glock/XD

So, anyone bought the new Laserlyte RL-1 for their Glock or XD? I am in the market for an XD .45c next week and wanted to get a laser as well. Seen the ads...haven't seen anyone actually buy one.

Opinions?

They are absolute trash, don't waste your money. Most of the ones we had at work ended up breaking and having to be returned by customers to be sent in for repair. The ONLY laser I will ever trust is Crimson Trace. Although I'm not 100% sure, I am under the distinct impression that our company may stop carrying the Glocks we had that came with these as it has been so much of a headache.
