Leads on M11/9?

hey fellas,
I'm in the market for an SWD M11/9. Let me know if anyone has any leads on one in Texas (and even better if in Houston). I check all the usual sources (subguns and sturm) fairly regularly, but before I posted a wanted ad and got a bunch of out of state offers, I thought I'd check locally. I appreciate any leads.

Thanks. I have actually emailed that guy a few times but he won't budge on his price. I really think the price should be more around the 3k range based on sales I've watched over the last 4 months or so, but I will admit that I'm seeing a lot less out there for sale than I was at the end of the year. Maybe the market is tightening up a bit. Just a little frustrating since I passed on one in december at 2900 and there were a number of NIB ones out there for under 3300 at that time as well. I would up my budget a bit for the right gun, but need some room for lage goodies as well
