Tons of new stuff and lots of hard to find parts, no inventory list on the old stuff, just an old guy that knows what he has. He had a ( several) formerly imposable to find bolt for an FN 49.

Only open 3 days a week. I'd love to have a job like that!
Sounds like a good old-fashioned way of business. I'd MUCH rather do business with him than some internet chain.

Lee’s used to be at the bigger Dallas gun shows. If you needed a part they had it.

I went to their shop a few times and it was amazing the amount of inventory. And he could find anything in minutes.

Haven’t been in there in years but if you need a part they probably have it or know where to get it.
Seems they are somehow tied to another shop out west (memory fades here, Vegas maybe) that is of similar nature. A phone call and part is found.
A couple of old school guys that rub a lot of people the wrong way.
What I think is they have deal with so many people that don’t have a clue what they want that helping the ones that do has become difficult.
But in all honesty they have forgotten more about firearm pieces and parts than most of us will ever know.

Many, years ago, spoke to them at the Dallas Market Hall gun show regarding a hard-to-find part I needed. Didn't have it there that day but said he had some at his store and quoted me a price. Few days later I drove to the business about an hour from me. By the time I got there a single line of customers lined up. Same guy from the gun show manning the counter one person at a time. Very slow process. Finally, my turn came up. He remembered me from the gun show. He went into the back maybe a minute or two then came back with the part I needed. Only now it was it was quite a bit higher than his original quote a few days earlier. I complained, he only smiled and said, "now where are you going to find another?". I paid but left with a bad taste in my mouth. I don't ever plan to go back if at all possible. So far so good.....

Bought from him once or twice. One was a disconnector for a Ruger pistol that Ruger doesn't sell to you. Give him a call.
