    That's a cool variation of the 1911! TXR, when you described it, I had no idea of what it really looked like. That's cool!

    Guys, I really wanted to go to the event but it just wasn't in the budget. Sounds like it was fun!

    I usually shoot left handed and most of the 1911 types I have owned got ambidextrous via ambi safeties, mag releases, but no not a slide release. But owing to American ingenuity I suppose that is not an impossibility.

    Believe me - this gun is a trip to handle! It's an exact mirror of a standard 1911, so you really want to be used to it if you're using it in a high-stress situation.
