This just went into the Masterbuilt Elec smoker. Legs and pork tenderloin. Breaking out the offset next weekend and have 2 prime briskets on deck. Gotta have a three day weekend to recover from that party.

Here ya go...these Masterbuilt Elec smokers are perfect for this kind of work. The rub is hotter than the hinges of hell. Worth the sweat for sure.
