I have been wondering which anti chl signs are voluntary. I would like to avoid these places of business.

Obviously the 30.06 and the ghostbusters signs are but what about the others I often see.

Also there is a post office that is not in any way posted. Carry legal?

Not sure what you mean by "voluntary". Places that are statutorily off limts (places in PC 45.03 and 46.035) do not have to post signs. The only exception is 51% locations, TABC and the government code requires signage.

    No 30.06 postings are mandatory.

    Does that help?

Post offices are off limits under the FCR.
