It was a National story and he got suspended
Outrage from liberals? Not so much.

Yep many on cnn were actually pissed on air they suspended him during the election.Publicity? Yes.
Outrage from liberals? Not so much.
This veteran thinks it's fucking hilarious.Total disrespect for veterans and their issues.
Maybe that was the only message he could send at the time... It's currently a Democrat controlled congress, so some hilarious obstructionism isn't beyond reasonable.Arrogant and selfish is what I'm seeing from him. He seems more concerned with his personal image and his own agenda than taking care of the business at hand that he was suppose to be taking care of.
And sacrificing doing the job he was elected to do is reasonable?Maybe that was the only message he could send at the time... It's currently a Democrat controlled congress, so some hilarious obstructionism isn't beyond reasonable.
How do you know he wasn't listening? Did he fail to vote? Is cleaning a gun harder than filing your nails? And sacrificing doing the job he was elected to do is reasonable?
I have to wonder what those people that elected him think about this?
IDK? Is it harder that beating off under the table while in a Zoom meeting? How do you know he wasn't listening? Did he fail to vote? Is cleaning a gun harder than filing your nails?
I'm not mad in the least, I just find it rude and disrespectful on his part. It was inappropriate for the time IMO.We're playing the libs game if we're mad at him, IMO. He did nothing worse than Nancy Pelosi did on public television during Trump's last State of the Union Address and she got away with that,.

My issue with this guy is he didn’t have his eye on the ball. If you’re in a meeting about gun control or other such silliness, then a reasonable poke in the eye is justified IMHO. Liberal tears taste the best. If you’re in a meeting about veterans affairs- make your argument strong enough to generate those tears on that merit. The gun cleaning here was just immature grandstanding. Why? I mean, if you really think about it what did he do that actually showed any disrespect?
As a veteran I don’t feel at all disrespected. And I don’t care that a bunch of virtue signaling Dems are up in arms about it.
