    I have visited and met with this gentleman three times about this rifle. Nice guy, but have patience with him. Long story.....be persistent, but polite and I’m sure it will work out. The rifle is a Korean era Springfield based on what I saw.

    I have a Springfield M1 I brought from CMP several years ago. It is a numbers matching rifle made in 1943.
    It is also very accurate. It must have been an Army Reserve weapon. It is in like new condition.

    Anyone that likes rifles needs to own on of these M1 rifles. They are heavy. They kick. And you have to watch inserting the ammo or you will get an "M1 thumb". Those that own an M1 know what I am talking about.
