I agree texas gun shows didnt seem to lure to many vendors at their show on marbach.I dont think it was very wise for them to ge head to head with the more established saxet show during same weekend. That was the beginning to the end.
It does seem their Live Oak show does well and is packed with vendors. This weekend they only have the dallas show to compete with so should be full of tables with good stuff.:patriot:

I have not been in a couple of years but when I lived in SA I went often when they had it there and it was always a let down. The one on airport (SAXET) had much more merchandise.
I have not been to Live Oak recently.

I quit going to live oak. Last time I went, they got $7 for entry, it was 1/2 the size of Saxet shows, and vendors were just ripping folks off. I saw cleaning kits for $20 ($9 @ Academy) and Academy brand ammo (Monarch) for 3 times what it sells for at Academy. That sort of thing just ticks me off.

That was 2 months ago when ammo was hard to get.Prices are lower now and their are 3 large ammo dealers competing with each other which puts prices more in check.Monarch is horrible ammo shoots straight but dirrttyyy.

The last few times I attended one of their shows, I left feeling like I'd been ripped off by the price of entry vs. the quality of vendors. I MAY try 'em again....in 5 years.

It doesn't matter, ripping folks off is wrong.
