It’s what happens when silk and tofu replace meat and taters.

Rule when I was a kid. You load it, you shoot it. Learned reaaaalll quick. Taught both my kids the same way too.

This is a dumb remark. I could give you a lot of reasons why this is 100% backwards, but won’t waste my time. But I’ll give you one right up front...eliminating meat and dairy will reduce and can reverse arthritis inflammation.

This is fact. I know, you have to eat meat. Got it. Doesn’t mean it makes you stronger or healthier...not by a long shot.

If the military required loading Taurus mags by hand we would not have any soldiers with a loaded gun. I have never seen a magazine so hard to load. Maglula, Uplula, etc. are the way to go. Be careful that you don't buy a counterfeit. For whatever reason the girly colors on Amazon tend to be cheaper. I have girly Maglulas.

Maglula is a great single round loader but there is another loader that works pretty good as well.

The ETS C.A.M Mag loader works pretty well also. It'll load 10 rds in seconds. Works with boxed ammo and when used with the maglula/Uplula the only easier way to reload a magazine is to get someone else to do it!

LOL! Your ignorance is showing, and your boy Ralph is selling you lies.

Contrary to popular, and incorrect belief, soy does NOT contain estrogen that increases the estrogen hormone levels in men, it is actually the opposite. Soy does have high levels of phytoestrogens, or plant based estrogen. These are extremely weak molecules that actually block them he estrogen a males body produces, lowering a mans overall estrogen level.

You really need to get your facts straight...you may actually help yourself...

    https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/323224#foods-that-may-lower-estrogen

“Soy-based products, including edamameand some meat substitutes, are especially rich in plant estrogens. Estrogens that occur in plants are called phytoestrogens.

Early research raised concerns that phytoestrogens could raise estrogen levels in the body. However, they may have the opposite effect.

Phytoestrogens are weaker than estrogens that the body produces. When plant estrogens enter the body’s cells, they push out the body’s own estrogens.

In this way, consuming more phytoestrogens could lower a person’s estrogen level. Plant estrogens may also reduce the risk of diseases related to estrogen levels, including prostate cancer.”

    Now dairy...that’s a different story:

Keep eating that “real man diet”...it’s excellent for lowering testosterone and increasing your risk of cancers, heart disease, and dementia!

Sounds like shit a soy boy would say :)

They key words here, yet again. may, might, could. No proof, no actual evidence, basically an opinion piece.

    Arthritis in both thumbs.
    I'd be lost without them....

I have a big paw, and the Uplula makes the pistol rounds much easier / quicker.

I normally use the metal stripper clip loader for my AR loads.
