I'm sure this is an old question but can someone tell me how long after first posting does an original thread title and original post text get locked?

Is is truly locked after that time or is there a trick to be able to continue editing?

I have a post with a locked title with the wrong price shown and would like to fix it.

    Thanks!

Moderator can s'plain this better, but title is locked (to you) when you create the thread. Title can be modified by a moderator. From my experience, there seems to be about 1 day for you to edit your reply. Don't put price in the title but do put the location of the sale (town) in the title.
