Use code SEMA2019 for 15% off.

I paid full retail for the one in my Silverado, wanted to get one for the wife’s new suburban...with her birthday and the holidays coming up, perfect timing.

These are legit, very heavy, but very easy to install.

    pronstar,

I did a quick look and didn't find out if: Truck battery dies, can you still get in the safe?

Do they have a keyed model?

Thanks and if you don't know either, I understand...

electrical lock. Those are easy to break into with magnets, generally speaking. If it were me I’d just make something custom that uses a disc detainer core with good false gates. All locks can be broke into. It’s just a matter of how long it takes.

Considering these are only for temporary storage, they are designed and made quite well.

There was/is a video floating around somewhere that showed a bad guy trying to get into one that was installed in a pickup. Didn't go the way he had planned. It may have been pics and write up. Thinking on it, I can't remember which. Either way, the interior was destroyed and the safe was still locked and in place.

These have a barrel lock, mechanical combination, and electronic locks. I almost got a key type but, well, yet another key on the ring just wasn't what I need.
