Looking For A Rifle Smith

I have a Stevens 200 I'm looking to have Re-Barreled to .257 Roberts. Ill be taking buying the barrel and possible go guage if need be. I'm just looking for someone that has the tools to put the new barrel on and isn't going to charge more than about $70 or so.

I live in Victoria. Any suggestion within driving distance.

I could probably be in Hempstead in 2.5 hours or so.
