I came across a box of Winchester .224 , 64 grain SP bullets I want to load up for my AR, 1/9 twist

I also have a 20 inch 1/7 twist I'd like to run these in.

I would like to use IMR 8208 XBR powder if possible.

none of my 4 manuals list a 64 grain bullet for 223 Remington
IMR's data base only shows some 63 grain loads starting at 21 grains

I love the 64 gr Power Point. 25 gr of W-748 gives 1/2" groups from my rifle and 3/4" groups from my carbines. work up your load using the 63 gr data and consider stopping .1 - .2 gr under the 63 gr data
