    I generally agree, but some animals seem to be after lunch, while others engage in wanton destruction.
    Still not the dogs fault. Somebody made that dog into what it is. If it needs to be killed, just kill it and be done with it.
    Do y’all know who the dog belongs to?
    You can sue for compensation as well. ( after the “issue” has been “resolved”)

    I would think a single shot from a 12 gauge would go far more unnoticed the plinking away at a yelping dog in pain! Like Hoji said pre dig the or a nice thick place to dump it!

    If it was out in the country, I'd WANT this dog to suffer... after the damage he did, but that's not the plan.

    The Texas Animal Cruelty Law (§ 42.092) defines animal cruelty as any action or neglect that causes unnecessary pain or suffering. Animal cruelty is a felony in Texas and punishable for up to 10 years in prison, with a fine of up to $10,000.
