Try APG out in Caddo Mills. It's just off of Hwy 380. A friend of mine named Heath owns it. Hes a good East Texas boy and will take care of you.

Looks fun! I just signed up with them and am "pending approval".

I can't seem to even get any range info without this approval....

Do you know how long it will take?

Do you have to have some sort of membership? If so, how much?

He may have changed it, but last year he had bronze, silver, gold and day by day. The day by day was $15.00 for all day. I don't remember the exact on the year fees, but it was something like. Bronze was 150 for range access and your admission only. Silver was 200 and it gave all the above with a free admission for a friend. Gold was 350 I think, and it gave you access to the ranges, to the CQB house, training lot, and 1 free class. I haven't been in a while because TxDot decided to expand hwy 380 and Heath had to move some ranges. He did call me a month or so ago and say he'd got it all back up. I need to take a stroll out and see.. I like his place because I've gone many times and been the only one there. He mostly caters to LEO and corporate get to gethers on the weekend. The weekdays are dead if you can make it out then.
