If he was a Republican, every Dem in the nation would be screaming to the media for his immediate dismissal.

    +1

If it was a Republican he would have resigned by the end of the day. That's how they do it in the GOP.
They have Standards of Conduct that are expected to be met or exceeded. If you don't...you're out.

The Dims have no Standards to violate or meet. They are expected to act like dawgs and theives they are.
Kinda hard to blame a dawg for acting like a dawg.

Just to play devil's advocate, but they also play it in the GOP where they leave their wives while they're in the hospital undergoing chemotherapy or they get so boozed and shitfaced they hit a few pedestrians... Each party just operates differently... Neither one with much of the general welfare of our country in mind...

I agree... the all suck actually - but every Dem would be screaming from their lilly white pedestal wanting this guy gone if he had an R after his name. Politics.

It looks like the Weiner controversy has come to a climax, after Weiner stands up. Weiner is standing firm, declares not to shrivel from his duty, after the controversy bends Weiner out of shape. after saying Andrew Breitbart put the squeeze on Weiner, putting him in a sticky situation, he finally ejaculates the truth. now Weiner is sliding deeper into the abyss, as he is being beaten in public polls. can he get a firm grip on the situation, and get it back up,??? it appears that it is a wrap for Weiner, he doesn't know if he is coming or going. perhaps Weiner could get the right, reverend Al Sharpton to be his mouthpeice.

The cure for having a Democrat Knothead in Congress is NOT replacing him/her with a Republican! Both parties suck and choosing one over the other is like choosing which turd stinks less.

This Weenie Congressman is typical of the immoral, ignorant scum who think they are above the law and immune from our society's rules. In 2012, pull the voting machine lever like a flush handle on a toilet. Flush them ALL out of Washington!

Looks like the Weiner has gone soft. having a press conference to pull out...

Should have done so weeks ago and done it with a letter to The House. He's a grandstanding tool. My guess is that he will continue with his focus at Bloomberg's job.
