I'm applying for my LTC as a non-resident. Already have my completed LTC-101.

I have two unrelated circumstances for which I'd like to make sure I'm not missing anything.

    1. I'm submitting a LTC-6 form. On the form it says "Place your photographs in a separate, sealed envelope. Write your name on the envelope and include it with your submitted materials." Does this mean I need to submit this form in hard copy in addition to online upload?

    2. I lived overseas for 2 years in the past 5 years. Will this be an issue if DPS wants to run a criminal background check on me? Should I include any additional docs? e.g. I have a long-term residency visa for a foreign country that could show I was a resident in good standing.

    Thanks in advance.

I think the FBI background check includes Interpol so being overseas for two years wouldn't matter as long as you didn't commit a disqualifying criminal offense
