    I was thinking about it. Did that require a tax stamp when you ordered from Benelli?

    If its 18.5 with an adjustable stock - the OAL is measured with the stock in the fully extended position for minimum length requirements. You can have a folder or adjustable that goes shorter and still remain a title 1 firearm.
