I am also talking about general fires. not just heat from firing.

My mags are not in safe but my guns are. Just saying that my aluminum mags will without hold more heat than plastic mags
Awesome! Your even more compelling argument and articulation has swayed me even more.... Have you ever considered politics?

I'm just gonna assume the thousands of troops didn't get the memo about how PMAG's suck when the weapon heats up............the same troops that have been using them for years. Now the Marine's are really fucked, issuing PMAG's.....................right.

This argument didn't even make it to first grade.

Ahhhh, now it comes out. You could have just started out by saying that instead of coming out with some fantasy situation. You really wouldn't like my AR then, carbon fiber, which is 60% carbon fiber and 40% polymer.

I love it, lightest AR I have owned and very accurate. I have shot it to where it smoked with no issues. The carbon fiber upper and lower fit together very tightly and seems to be very rugged. Windham Weaponry carbon fiber SRC.

Plenty of issues with PMags as well.

I am very sure I can make any mag inoperable. I have plenty of pmags and metal mags, to me they are not the expensive part of an AR-15. I can't really say I have broken any yet, so to me, it's not really a big issue as far as reliability of pmags go.

I was just pointing out to the other guy that even PMags have issues.
