I was thinking the same thing, but I've never seen a 10 round xd45 mag.

They're for states that have capacity restrictions...

NOT to be confused with the 10-round magazine for the XD-45 Compact! These have the same outside dimensions of the normal 13-round magazine, but can only hold ten rounds.
