Yes they can be used on handguns. I’ve use it on handguns and long guns.

I have one and really like it. I've only hung it on fairly heavy barreled rifles and I haven't seen any POI shift that some talk about. It takes a couple of minutes to strap on, but way better than the setup on a traditional chrono.

It was a step up for me and I’ve had no issues with it yet (and I haven’t shot it yet) but now I’d like to get a Labradar. I can’t justify the cost though.

Labradar now has their Bluetooth interface out, pretty slick once you figure it out. Typical engineers deal, zero instructions. Here it is now shut up type deal.

I highly recommend Labradar is you have the coin for it. It's legit. I'll be going that route when the time comes
