I hit a personal record last Nov at 435 lbs
    My body weight was 264

Since I lost down to 240 and started building back up to 250

I have been on a totally new program for 5 weeks and just tested my max today and was able to do 405
    Feeling pretty good right now.

Great work! More than I can do for sure. I've never been a power lifter - but I've been working on loosing my COVID induced weight gain & trying to get back on my weight loss track too this year - pre-COVID I had dropped 60lbs and was feeling better than I had in years. I want to get a bench & weight set - right now I've just got some dumbbells and a kettlebell.

This is a cardio day for me
10 minutes on an Assault Bike..they call it that for a reason...lol
Then I load up these handles with 255 lbs and walk as fast as I can for 10 - 40 yard sprints
Then bike again for 12 minutes

Back in May I had dieted down to 242 lbs
I have since been bulking..slowly gaining weight and training to build muscle with the goal of adding lean mass and as little fat as I can. This is done with eating the right macros and timing when I eat and of course the training.
Today I'm at 260 and I'm still on the same belt loop on my waist..it's tighter but I'm happy those 18 lbs didn't all go to my gut

I'll hang out here at this weight until Jan and then cut back down to 250 or so and see how I feel

    Stay strong fellas!
