CORPUS CHRISTI - A naval criminal investigation that was carried out in Corpus Christi and Iraq has led to a guilty plea on child pornography charges.
Michael Anthony Grabar, 44, pleaded guilty in a Houston federal court to charges of possessing child porn. Grabar was a civilian fork lift operator stationed at Camp Fallujah in Iraq.
He became the focus of an investigation in May of last year after a thumb drive containing hundreds of images of child porn was traced back to him. Grabar faces 10 years in federal prison when he's sentenced in January.
