Came across an AD for a Marlin 99 M1 1967. The AD has no pics, but he claims to be in "amazing condition". It also says it has “DK” mark and NO Serial Number + plus it includes a soft case and a TASCO scope. He's selling for $275 OBO.... I havnt contacted this person yet because id like some insight on this weapon if its a good .22lr rifle and if this is a good deal. can anyone help me on this?

A Marlin model 60 by any other name (the 99M1 is simply a shorter-barrel, shorter tube version).

I wouldn't spend that much on a Marlin shooter... but YMMV.

Its a very accurate shooter, but you can find them cheaper.
