I keep putting stuff up here, I'll try again. I need a Mechanical engineer. The guy working for me now is going to graduate school in Aerospace Engineering. Solidworks/ Pro E experience is a big deal.

Advertising on Indeed and on the company web site www.mensor.com. I've been in this rodeo a long time. Our specific market is a very niche one. It is impossible to find someone just off the street. I'm just looking for someone who has the skills, drive, inquisitiveness, longevity to make it. I've probably gotten a dozen resumes already. I need somebody with practical mechanical skills.

I keep thinking about a test. Asking somebody to field strip a 1911 would probably make the HR lady's head explode though.

Indeed is pure garbage, both for employers and job seekers. Try Dice and Monster.

    How's that?

Although if I strip it down that far, I'll need help getting it back together. Field stripping and re-assembly isn't a problem though ;)
