    I tried to keep it at around 225, but thanks to all the rain early Monday morning, had to battle to keep it there, temp kept dropping... which explains the extra long time in the hickory smoke. This pic of my lunch today is all that's left, once we started eating, all thoughts of photos ceased.
    It was a 12 pounder, Albertson's had 'em on sale for 1.47/lb. 20160531_103231.jpg

    Isn't there a fall TGT get together? I'm sure I could be persuaded to bring some smoked meats ...
