I've seen these "spec" race Miatas for sale on Craigslist.

What is the good generation to buy?

Which black smoke pouring diesel truck should I buy to pull it to the track? (No, not really)

1st gen was the lightest and most chuckable... They keep adding weight and detracting from the one good thing the Miata has going for it :p

I think all the Miata fans are probably watching some home decorating shows or maybe at work passing out peanuts on the plane.

Ive driven the 2nd and 3rd generations (i think there are only 3). The first gen are too small for me. The newer ones definitely are nicer but more refined and heavier does take away from the fun driving experience.

The mazdaspeed turbo model was very fun.

Had a heavily modified '94, engine suspension roll bar the works, miss it!

I really like the newest version

Imo get the gen 1 style w the 1.8 engine

sent from my cell phone, far far away but still monitored by the NSA
