WTB Merrill wrist rest - Spring

Looking for the original ATF-approved pistol brace (that pre-dates the ATF) from the 1950s and 1960s.

I'm reticent to buy another Sportsman pistol and barrels to get it but if that's the only way you'll sell, PM me and we can talk.

Published guides typically value these things at $25 but that doesn't seem right to me in the current climate. I'll pay $100. If you want more, again, PM me and we can talk.

Seems these have been around for a very long time in some form or fashion and odd kinds of configurations, but all of a sudden now, these “braces” are no good. Weird. Thanks for the schooling Ben!

Looking at it, I would say a guy in the Oil & Gas industry with access to stainless tube & a bender could make something similar. Then cover it with heat shrink or some type of rubber tube.

I have a buddy in Katy that might be able to hook you up. But you'd have to be there with the pistol so he could measure the fit. Let me talk to him tomorrow & see what he says.



ETA.... Just noticed the ATF approval....doh. That's a no go I guess
