Thank you mommy for correcting my paragraph. I prefer obama with a small "o"
I'm sure when the socialist hang you, they will get a tongue lashing for not using a new rope. Since missing the point seems to be your forte.

Maybe you missed my point? Being critical of a group of people for not knowing the language when you don't exhibit a command of it yourself makes you look pretty darned silly.

There is a difference between being able to speak English and being able to type grammatically correct.

If you live in a country it isn't too much to ask for you to learn the official and common language.

As for Mexico, I feel very sorry for the people, though people are responsible for their governments. I know they have a history of being abused and subjagated, but if 95% of their people wanted to change their country and were willing to die for it, then no amount of money could cause endemic corruption.

The same is true here. We deserve our government. We have the responsibility to restrain it.

I just heard on Fox news that Mexico and our Texas is on alert because of the drug cartel violence possibly spilling over here. Perry plans to send the Guard to back up the Border patrol. They should of closed those borders a long time ago. We should have went to Mexico instead of Iraq it seems.

Texas, and all the Border States have been attacked over and over again by Mexico.

Iraq has never attacked us, never even threatened us.

More American Citizens have been murdered here in America by Mexicans than American Troops killed in combat in Iraq.

The people who hate our Freedom are not the people in Baghdad, they are the people in Washington D.C.

The anti-Texan decision to leave our southern border undefended was made by the anti-American Washington Government, and does not reflect the wishes of Citizens of Texas, or American Citizens.

The killings continue and they keep bringing the victims over the border to El Paso. The people know if they go to a Mexico hospital then they will die. They shoot cops daily and it is only getting worse.Juarez had over 1700 deaths last year. The Mexican president has soldiers on the streets, but they are just as corrupt as the drug cartel.

Since I used to word for the University of Texas in Houston and in Dallas, I know that UT has given a lot of medical equipment to Mexico, and has trained a lot of their fine Mexican Doctors.

The Mexican Hospitals have modern equipment, modern drugs, and the doctors have the advantage of modern training (White Texas Citizens are actually held out of the University of Texas in favor of Mexicans).

So why do the same patients die in a Mexican Hospital, but live in a Texas Hospital?

    Is it the water?

Maybe it's the lead added to the water?

Damn Mac...you still go to Mexico?

Honestly last time I was in Mexico I walked across the Santa Fe Bridge went into the pharmacy (which is about 30 feet into Juarez for those of you who may not be familiar) to get some anti biotic meds and walked back.

I would say I was actually in Juarez for no more than 4 minutes.

I have to agree with Burt

Burt Prelutsky : This War is Not the Answer - Townhall.com

The war we gave Mexico - Los Angeles Times

I'd rather build rehabs than prisons, would rather see bums begging for $2 for a legal fix instead of robbing for $200 illegal fix, and so on, and so forth.

You can be in favor of polite blood thirsty savage criminals, but how do you get the criminals themselves to agree to be well mannered and polite?

We do need to stop building prisons for the futile revolving door prison system, and start construction on those penal colonies in Central Africa that folks have been talking about for years.

It sounds like the entire reason for your visit to Mexico was the Federal Government and the Drug Cartel Monopoly that the Feds support.

Every major problem that we face today has its root cause in the Federal Government!

I don't agree with Burt or Tim, both columns are giving Mexico and Mexicans a free pass on guilt at our expense. My take-away points from the articles were; We can't solve the drug war, so we might as well make a profit on it by legalization. Our guns are whats killing the Mexicans. Their youth wear gang colors and tat's imitating LA Gang bangers (this last one had me wondering if those gang bangers are the illegals or children of illegals, in which case it's Mexicans imitating Mexicans.)
No, blaming the US for Mexico's problem makes about as much sense as the Bank of America giving out credit cards to illegals and New York issuing identity cards to them.

I would like to defend onac255.Medications on that side of the border are cheaper and is the same stuff the United States sells.Wouldn't you rather pay $10 for some antibiotics rather than pay over $150 for the same stuff?Yeah the government gets there cut but the drug cartels have no part of the legal drugs sold by pharmacists. The cartels down here want nothing to do with legally purchased medications. It is getting rediculous down here and I really feel sorry for the people of Mexico.Guess this is what happens when you disarm your people.I hope we are not in the same boat if they decide to limit our gun rights.

I hear you, I'd love to see every bar, club, and disco shut down and boarded up. Those savage social drinkers ruin it for everyone. Potheads are even worse with that slacker thing they do.

How would I instill better manners? Mandatory 25 year sentences for DUI, and 1 year for PI.

    /sarcasm off

I dunno, I can't see wasting more time and money on this kind of thing.

Thanks Mac, but once again it is hard for people who do not live on the border to realize these things.

As far as old man of the mountain...

I don't know. How much is a box of 20mg Crestor in Canada?

Last time I bought it for my Dad in Juarez it was like 14 dollars a box I think.

My worry about buying legal drugs in Mexico is the quality, is it the real deal? How do you know if it is or not? China makes heart meds from wall board and a pill maker, package it, ship it to America and sell it.

Im pretty sure it is the real deal. As far as knowing there is no real way of knowing unless you run tests on them.

I buy all the meds from a large pharmacy chain called "Benavides".

To this day I have never had any problems with any meds purchased in Mexico.

But All I ever really buy is penicillin and Crestor for my dad.
