I'd be lucky to see a 2" target at 50 yds, lol.

Mine has a 4 power scope and does good to hold a 3-4" group at 100yds. That's not accurate to me.

Fun to shoot, Yep. It has the flash hider, SS scope mounts and scope, folding stock, etc. Neat little package.

    I rest my case. A 6" group at 100yds for a 223????
That 6" group is with open sights, 60+ year eyes, and a front sight I haven't finished filing, forcing me to shoot roughly 6 inches high. It's not a tack-driver by any means, but it's adequate for what I want from it. (I do have sub-MOA rifles, which I do appreciate.)

Better have a 30 rd mag. They are sneaky and fast. Guess I'm have a hard time with folks celebrating the accuracy they are posting when it can be bettered by a handgun. In the FWIW dept years ago at a Police Combat Pistol Match they had a fun shoot. $5 buy-in, winner take all. Pick up a xerox of a $50 bill with your buy-in. That's your target. Post it on a backer and go to the 50 yd line. All revolvers back then BTW. Load 6 rds and holster. When the target turns you have 12 seconds to draw and fire, offhand. Most hits on their $50 is the winner and the winner had 4 hits. With 2 close misses. A friend had a group you could cover with your palm but his sights were off abt 4 inches low. Lots of fun.

Yeah, I've shot coyotes before. A Mini-14 will get the job done with no need for more than a couple of rounds. As for "celebrating the accuracy", you have an odd definition of celebration. I'm seeing people making statements like I did - it's no tack driver but it gets the job done and it's enjoyable to shoot.

I guess it should have been celebrating the in-accuracy. I like guns that work correctly and the mini 14 doesn't fit that description for me. YMMV. I think the only thing left of this dead horse is the skeleton......

Last Coyote I saw/killed was running away down the dirt road when I
took the top of his head off.
    I can't even remember what I shot it with, possibly a .243.
